Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance and employee records.
- Coordinate hiring requirements with different departments.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment data.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
