HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-ups.

Candidates with prior BPO & Bulk hiring experience will have an added advantage

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: 3 Months Paid Internship

Work Mode: Work From Office

Opportunity: Full-Time Employment Based on Performance

Stipend : 10,000

What You'll Do

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
• Handle bulk recruitment positions.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Work towards meeting hiring targets and closing open positions.
• Telugu speaking is mandatory
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
• Need to hire Bulk Tele callers
• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work under daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Previous experience in BPO recruitment
• Successfully source and close bulk hiring requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to bulk hiring and job portals such as Apna, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.

What Success Looks Like

• During the 3-Month Internship
• Independently handle candidate sourcing and screening.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets.
• Ensure consistent interview coordination and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate hiring reports.

Key Requirement: We are looking for someone who can handle pressure, manage bulk Telecaller hiring, and consistently deliver results against recruitment targets.
