Job Description: HR Executives
Posting of vacancies in Linkedin, Naukri, Apna Indeed etc. zone wise
Drive Employee referral program Source potential candidates relavant to the JD.
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability.
Screening the candidates via - phone, video, or in-person to evaluate skills and fit.
Coordinate with the concerned HOD/ Zonal Managers / Cluster Managers.
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and finalize employment agreements.
Pre Boarding Documentation.
Facilitate new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hiring decision in relevant drives
Cultivate a network of potential candidates and maintain relationships.
Maintain and prepare the Attrition report of the respective Zones
Referral data to be prepared and submit to payroll team
Send Introduction of the Joiner to the Zonal Head with Profile Synopsis
