Job Description

Responsibilities:


- Source and screen candidates for overseas job opportunities.

- Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable applicants.

- Explain job details, salary, benefits, and recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.


Requirements:


- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu preferred).

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
