Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Hub Executive to manage daily hub operations for our car and taxi services business. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, managing drivers, monitoring fleet availability, handling daily operational activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of hub operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with drivers for vehicle allocation and trip assignments.
• Monitor vehicle availability, movement, and utilization.
• Ensure timely reporting of vehicles at the hub.
• Maintain daily records of vehicle details, driver attendance, and trip information.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, cleaning, and maintenance requirements.
• Handle driver queries and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor vehicle readiness and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update management.
• Ensure proper discipline and coordination among drivers at the hub.
• Handle customer or driver-related operational escalations when required.
• Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: Any Graduate (Mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates with experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or car rental services will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.
