🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and inquiries in Tamil.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide daily sales support.
- Follow up with potential customers and existing leads.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead details.
- Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
🔹 Required Skills:
- Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory).
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
