IT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

• Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Install and maintain operating systems, software, antivirus, and required applications.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain IT assets, system records, and equipment handover records.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Manage CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other office technology.
• Handle daily administrative and office operations.
• Manage office stationery, consumables, housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintain administrative records, documents, and registers.
• Support HR and management with employee onboarding, ID cards, attendance, and other administrative activities.
• Assist in meetings, events, procurement, and general office requirements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and administrative activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management / HR.
• Required SkillsGraduate in IT, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and software troubleshooting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in an electronics or manufacturing company is preferred.

Salary & Benefits: 15K-30K + ESI + EPFO + Paid Leaves.
