Role OverviewNitra Jewellers is hiring a energetic Silver Jewellery Sales Executive for our store in Habsiguda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming walk-in customers, showcasing our silver jewellery collection (ornaments, articles, and gift items), assisting with purchases, and delivering a warm, high-quality shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet incoming customers, understand their preferences/budget, and present appropriate silver jewellery pieces (e.g., 92.5 sterling silver ornaments, traditional articles, and modern designs).
• Product Knowledge: Clearly explain silver purity, making charges, weight details, care instructions, and current store promotions to customers.
• Counter & Stock Management: Keep display counters well-organized, attractive, and clean at all times; perform daily stock verification before opening and at closing.
• Billing Coordination: Coordinate with the billing counter to ensure accurate weight check, item tagging, and prompt invoice completion.
• Customer Retention: Build polite, long-term relationships with local patrons and maintain a high standard of trust and honesty.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales (experience in jewellery, silver).
• Languages: Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is required (basic English communication is a plus).
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, basic arithmetic skills (calculating weight, making charges, and discounts), and a pleasant personality.
• Availability: Ability to work standard retail store hours, including weekends and high-volume festival seasons.
• Compensation & Benefits Salary: Fixed monthly salary (commensurate with experience) + performance-based incentives.
