Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair iPhone and Android smartphones.
- Perform display, battery, charging-port, speaker, camera and other hardware replacements.
- Identify motherboard and software-related issues.
- Perform software installation, updates, data backup and basic troubleshooting.
- Test phones properly after repair and ensure quality before delivery.
- Maintain tools, spare parts and service records.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair issues and costs.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a mobile technician preferred.
- Good knowledge of iPhone and Android hardware.
- Experience with mobile disassembly and component replacement.
- Basic motherboard-level repair knowledge is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Freshers with relevant technical skills may also apply.
