Nurse/ Homecare Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurse to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage wound care, and provide specialized clinical support as per medical orders.

Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring clear, empathetic communication regarding care plans and progress.

Compliance:

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all care delivery adheres to company protocols and regulatory standards.

Collaboration:

Requirements:

Education:

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience:

0.6 to 1 years of nursing experience. (Prior experience in home care, ICU, or geriatric care is a plus).

License:

Active nursing registration with the relevant state nursing council.

Skills:

Exceptional clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the patience required for high-acuity, home-based care.
