 WE ARE HIRING GNM NURSE Experience: 3–4 Years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Patient Care  Monitor and record patient vital signs and health conditions.  Provide safe, compassionate and continuous nursing care.  Maintain patient comfort, hygiene and safety.  Observe changes in patient condition and promptly inform the doctor. Medication & Clinical Care  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.  Perform injections, IV medications/fluids and nursing procedures within the scope of practice.  Assist doctors during examinations and clinical procedures.  Check and record BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, blood glucose and other relevant parameters.  Collect, label and handle laboratory specimens appropriately. Patient Communication & Counselling  Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and attendants.  Explain basic care and treatment instructions.  Support patients with lifestyle, diet and medication-related instructions provided by the clinical team.  Escalate patient concerns appropriately to the doctor. Documentation & Coordination  Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records and patient documentation.  Ensure proper shift handover and maintain required nursing registers.  Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacists, laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.  Assist with appointments, investigations and patient follow-ups. Infection Control & Safety  Follow hand hygiene, PPE and infection-control protocols.  Ensure safe handling and disposal of medical waste.  Maintain cleanliness and follow sterilisation procedures.  Be prepared to provide first aid and emergency support as trained. INTEGRATIVE HEALTHCARE  Willingness to learn and support the Praveha Integrative Healthcare approach.  Support patients with nutrition and lifestyle guidance provided by the clinical team.  Assist in patient counselling and rehabilitation coordination.  Coordinate with the clinical team for integrative therapies and wellness programs.
