₹6,000 Fixed Salary + ₹12,000 Performance Pay = ₹18,000 Total Earning

If you close ₹1.75 lakh sales:

₹6,000 + ₹17,500 = ₹23,500 Total Earning

If you close ₹2.30 lakh sales:

₹6,000 + ₹23,000 = ₹29,000 Total Earning
