Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Programs: Create custom workout routines based on a client's health history, current ability, and specific goals.
  • Teach Proper Form: Demonstrate exercises safely and correct posture during workouts to prevent injuries.
  • Track Progress: Monitor weight, endurance, or strength milestones and update routines every 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Educate on Nutrition: Offer general diet and lifestyle guidance to support physical training.
  • Provide Motivation: Keep clients accountable and engaged during one-on-one or small group sessions.
