Job Description

  1. Field-based job involving travel to customer locations.
  2. Working hours may vary depending on service schedules.
  3. Occasional work on weekends or holidays may be required.
  4. Pest identification
  5. Basic knowledge of pest-control chemicals and equipment
  6. Safe pesticide handling
  7. Customer communication
  8. Time management

  11. Attention to safety and cleanliness
  12. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate.
  13. Previous pest-control experience will be an advantage; freshers can also apply.
  14. Willingness to work at different customer locations.
  15. Ability to work outdoors and in residential/commercial environments.
  16. Basic communication and customer-service skills.
  17. Responsible, punctual and physically fit.
  18. Willingness to learn professional pest-control techniques.
  19. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  20. Conduct pest control treatments for cockroaches, ants, rodents, mosquitoes, flies, spiders, lizards and other common pests.
  21. Carry out anti-termite treatments, including pre-construction and post-construction treatments.
  22. Inspect premises and identify pest infestation, entry points and potential risk areas.
  23. Apply approved pest-control products safely and according to company procedures.
  24. Perform spraying, injection, baiting, fogging and other required treatment methods.
  25. Follow all safety precautions while handling pesticides and equipment.
  26. Explain treatment procedures and basic preventive measures to customers.
  27. Maintain treatment records, service reports and customer feedback.
  28. Properly maintain spraying equipment, PPE and other company materials.
  29. Follow the assigned daily schedule and reach customer locations on time.
  30. Maintain professional behaviour and good communication with customers.
  31. Report major infestations, safety concerns or site issues to the supervisor.
  32. Follow company standards and instructions at every service location.
