Phlebotomist

Job DescriptionTruVit is hiring a skilled Phlebotomist for home sample collection and diagnostic services in Hyderabad. We are looking for someone who is confident in blood collection, punctual, and committed to providing a comfortable patient experience. The role supports TruVit’s home sample collection and diagnostic service operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit patients’ homes for blood and other sample collections as assigned.
• Verify patient details and booked tests before collecting samples.
• Follow safe blood collection practices and maintain patient comfort.
• Label, pack, store, and transport samples according to laboratory procedures.
• Follow hygiene, infection-control, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
• Update collection status and patient details in the TruVit app.
• Coordinate with the operations and laboratory teams for timely sample handover.
• Maintain collection supplies and report shortages or collection-related issues.
• Candidate RequirementsDMLT, BMLT, or relevant phlebotomy qualification/training.
• Practical experience in blood collection and sample handling.
• Good communication skills and a polite, patient-friendly approach.
• Ability to use a smartphone for booking and collection updates.
• Willingness to travel locally for home collections.
• Telugu and Hindi communication skills preferred; basic English is an advantage.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
