Picker / Packer

Job Title: Warehouse Picker & PackerJob Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Picker & Packer to join our operational team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, and packing items accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Order Picking: Scan and pick items accurately from warehouse shelves using handheld pick lists or barcode scanners.
• Packing & Labeling: Inspect goods for damage, securely pack products into appropriate shipping containers, and attach accurate shipping labels.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report damaged goods, missing items, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with safety standards and warehouse guidelines.
• Inbound & Outbound Operations: Assist with receiving, sorting, and stowing incoming inventory into designated storage locations when required.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or packing is preferred (freshers are also welcome).

• Basic knowledge of barcode scanners or handheld warehouse devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational guidelines.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout shifts.
