Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, creative, and responsible Preschool Teacher who can create a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment for young children.

The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering age appropriate learning activities, supporting children's social and emotional development, maintaining classroom discipline, communicating with parents, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of every child.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct engaging preschool activities based on the curriculum
• Teach children through play based learning, storytelling, music, art, movement, and hands on activities
• Create a warm, safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development
• Observe and assess children's learning, behaviour, and developmental progress
• Maintain daily lesson plans, classroom records, and student portfolios
• Encourage children to develop confidence, independence, creativity, and good habits
• Teach basic concepts such as numbers, alphabets, phonics, colours, shapes, vocabulary, and general awareness
• Organise classroom activities, celebrations, projects, and special events
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards within the classroom
• Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and other school activities
• Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support
• Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes
• Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards
• Required QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification
• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Prior experience in preschool teaching will be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of child development and early childhood education
