Job Description
- Job Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
- Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team for further conversion.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation
- Build good relationships with prospective customers and provide timely responses.
- Requirements 0.6 – 3years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Villas, Plots, or Real Estate Projects will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Telugu and English communication skills preferred.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management systems is an advantage.
