About the Role

We are looking for a Solar Project Coordinator to coordinate customer installations from the time of sale through to installation completion. The role involves working closely with customers, sales agents, installers, stock teams, and internal staff to ensure each project is completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Enter new sales into the relevant state sales sheets.

Create and organise customer folders in OneDrive and maintain project documents.

Conduct welcome calls with new customers and explain the next steps.

Coordinate with customers and installers to schedule installation dates.

Follow up with customers and installers regarding installation schedules and changes.

Coordinate with the stock team regarding product availability and stock orders.

Prepare and update the weekly Packing Slip Sheet with customer, product, and installer details.

Monitor scheduled installations and update the main sales sheet once installations are completed.

Send post-installation documents to customers.

Apply for necessary PTC (Permission to Connect) approvals with the relevant electricity distributors.

Follow up on PTC applications and provide any additional information required.

Prepare and share weekly sales and installation reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.

Communicate with different teams to resolve installation and scheduling issues.

Skills & Requirements

Mandatory: Previous experience dealing with international customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and coordination skills.

Good organisational and follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and OneDrive.

Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, installers, sales agents, and internal teams.

Previous experience in solar, construction, project coordination, or customer service is preferred.

Basic understanding of solar installations and PTC applications is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate
