Job Description
Project ManagerLocation: ORR-5, Dundigal, Hyderabad | Openings: 1 | Type: Full-time, on-site, 6 days a week
Salary: As per experience upto Rs.150,000 per month
Experience: 5+ years managing residential/real estate construction projects
Education: B.Tech/B.E. Civil (PG/PMP in Construction Management preferred)
About the role: Own end-to-end execution of our residential project, from planning and quality to vendor coordination, delivering on RERA milestones and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and monitor construction from foundation to handover
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and MEP teams
- Oversee quality control and safety compliance across all blocks
- Track budgets, material indents and work orders against BOQ
- Manage vendors, contractors and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections and escalate risks with action plans
- Coordinate with legal/RERA teams on approvals and milestones
- Maintain DPRs and MIS reports for management
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, MS Project/Primavera and quality standards
- Working knowledge of RERA compliance
- Leadership and contractor management skills
- Communication in Telugu, Hindi and English
