Job Description

  • Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years in skill development/project management, preferably Government/NSDC/State skill projects.
  • Overall responsibility for project planning, implementation and target achievement.
  • Manage Training Centres, mobilization, training, assessment, placement and retention.
  • Monitor project MIS, portal updates, documentation and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Government departments, employers and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the project team and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure quality, timelines, SOP compliance and successful project outcomes.
  • Strong communication, team management, MIS and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel across project locations.
