Job Description
- Plan, execute, and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, submit, and coordinate client/project bills, ensuring timely certification, approval, and payment collection.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues.
- Track project progress and submit regular status reports.
- Manage project handover, snag rectification, and project closure.
