Property & Site Supervisor – Hyderabad

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Property & Estate Supervisor to manage the day-to-day requirements of residential and commercial properties in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect monthly rents and follow up on pending payments.
• Coordinate with tenants and handle routine tenant issues.
• Find and coordinate with prospective tenants for vacant properties.
• Regularly inspect properties and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners and other vendors.
• Pay and maintain records of property utility bills.
• Ensure tenants pay their electricity, water, maintenance and other applicable charges on time.
• Supervise watchmen, security and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with local agencies, contractors and service providers.
• Maintain basic records of tenants, rents, bills, expenses and maintenance.
• Attend to property-related errands and other reasonable work assigned by the owner.
• Provide regular updates to the owner on rents, expenses, maintenance and important issues.

Requirements

• Male candidate preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in property management, real estate, facility management or a similar role preferred.
• Own bike/two-wheeler and valid driving licence – mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad and local areas.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance, plumbing, electrical and civil works.
• Basic smartphone/computer skills.
• Telugu and English required; Hindi is an advantage.
• Should be trustworthy, punctual, proactive and capable of working independently.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + Travelling Allowance

Salary will be based on experience and suitability.
