Purchase Executive

A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the acquisition of goods and services needed by a company, ensuring they meet quality and budgetary requirements. This role involves vendor management, negotiation, and maintaining accurate records of purchases

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers.

1. Negotiation: Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.

1. Procurement: Processing purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

1. Cost Management: Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

1. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
