### 1. Responsibilities

- Promote and market our approved residential plot projects.

- Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and field activities.

- Identify potential buyers and coordinate client meetings.

- Arrange site visits and follow up with prospective customers.

- Assist customers throughout the sales process and help close deals.

- Attend weekly site visits and coordinate with the company's sales team.

### 2. Role & Requirements

- **Position:** Real Estate Channel Partner / Independent Agent.

- **Compensation:** 100% Commission-Based.

- Freshers are welcome – no prior real estate experience required.

- **15 Days of Free Training** provided at our office.

- Must own a Laptop and Bike/Car for client meetings and site visits.

- Flexible working hours.

- Willingness to travel for site visits.

- **Work Location:** Hyderabad (In-Person).
