Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

- Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in real estate tele sales is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
