Job Description
Guest Reception: Greet clients, register visitors, and guide them to the correct personnel or management.
Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, screen and route messages, and respond to general inquiries.
Deliveries: Sort incoming mail, packages, and correspondence while preparing outgoing items.
Administrative Support: Maintain filing systems, update spreadsheets, and assist with basic bookkeeping or data entry.
Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, book appointments, and organize meeting rooms.
Inventory Control: Monitor and order office supplies and stationery to prevent shortages.
