Job Description
We are looking for well-organized, presentable front desk executive with basic accounts knowledge.
Responsibilities :
1) Welcome and assist clients, visitors, vendors and guests professionally.
2) Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
3) Maintain basic office documentation and handle courier, dispatch and incoming/ outgoing documents.
4) Maintain the stock indent and keep the material ready for the execution team whenever required.
5) Keep track of all the incoming and outgoing stock details and update the same to the management.
6) Maintain basic records of cash and daily office expenses.
7) Record purchase bills, invoices, receipts, and payment details.
8) Prepare invoices and follow up with the clients regarding the payments.
9) Coordinate with the accounts team to get the necessary filings done on time by providing them with the required data.
10) Should have basic knowledge about accounts and should have working knowledge of MS EXCEL and MS OFFICE
