Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, cold calling, and other sales channels.

Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, finance options, and accessories.

Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives for prospective customers.

Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert enquiries into bookings and sales.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, accessories, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.

Keep track of competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and local sales activities.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Ensure timely delivery coordination and post-sales follow-up.

Work toward improving customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
