Role Description :The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as a primary point of contact for their wealth management needs. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client financial objectives, coordinating with internal advisory and operations teams, preparing and presenting portfolio updates, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate client records, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen engagement. The Client Relationship Manager is expected to uphold Wealocity’s standards of trust, transparency, and commitment while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.

Ability to understand and discuss basic investment products, wealth management concepts, and financial planning principles.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage client data and prepare reports.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly and professionally.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize multiple client needs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in wealth management or financial services is an advantage.

Comfort interacting with diverse client profiles and a genuine interest in long-term relationship building.
