Job Description

  1. Repair and Maintenance Responsibilities – Laundry & Dry-Cleaning FactoryPerform preventive and routine maintenance of all machines.
  2. Repair washing machines, dryers, ironers, and dry-cleaning machines.
  3. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
  4. Maintain motors, pumps, bearings, belts, and gearboxes.
  5. Inspect steam lines, boilers, compressors, and utility systems.
  6. Identify breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
  7. Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
  8. Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
  9. Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
  10. Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE.
  11. Coordinate with production teams to avoid interruptions.
  12. Inspect machines regularly and report major technical issues.
