Job Description
JD For Supervisior
Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff.
Manage and allocate duties to waiters and other staff.
Ensure proper customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Manage opening and closing activities of the restaurant.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order service.
Monitor Swiggy & Zomato orders and operations.
Check inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Coordinate with vendors and management when required.
Maintain daily sales and operational reports.
Ensure company policies and food safety standards are followed.
Train and guide new staff members.
