- Position: Retail StaffKey ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in identifying and purchasing products.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Receive, unload, and arrange merchandise as per store standards.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and promotional displays.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store appearance.
- Support billing and cash counter operations when required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues courteously.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and product expiry management practices.
- Assist in achieving store sales and customer service targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in a retail store, supermarket, grocery store, or FMCG retail environment.
- Basic understanding of customer service and store operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS operations is preferred.
- Physically fit to handle stocking and merchandising activities.
- SSLC/PUC/Any Graduate can apply.
