Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to source SALPL business through data calling. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining the product, and converting leads into successful business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource SALPL business through outbound data calling.
• Make regular calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Identify customer requirements and explain relevant loan products.
• Generate and convert leads into business.
• Follow up with prospective customers to achieve conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and calling KPIs.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Eligibility CriteriaCandidate must be a Graduate.
• 0- 1 year of experience in telecalling or loan sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in financial services/loan sales will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and achieving sales targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidate should be below 30 years of age.
