Job Description

This isn't a typical call-center job. You will be speaking to people planning birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, movie parties, and other special occasions, and your job is to help turn their enquiries into experiences they'll look forward to.


What you’ll be doing

  • Recommend the right theatre, package, food options, and add-ons based on their requirements.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Build a good relationship with customers and make them feel confident about choosing PrivePlex.
  • Cross-sell different services that we have to offer


What we’re looking for

  • Good spoken English and a confident communication style.
  • Ability to understand what a customer wants rather than simply reading out prices.
