Job Description

Role: Sales Executive

Industry: Real Estate

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, social media, references, and other sources.

Contact potential customers and understand their requirements and budget.

Explain property/project details, pricing, location, approvals, and payment plans.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Schedule and accompany customers for site visits.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Negotiate and assist customers through the booking process.

Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the marketing and project teams.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Skills required:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Follow-up and negotiation skills.

Basic computer/Excel knowledge.

Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.

Willingness to travel for site visits.
