Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Choudhary Jewellers is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive with a strong background in jewellery or retail sales. The candidate should be confident in handling customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and contributing towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers visiting the showroom and provide excellent service.
• Understand customer requirements and showcase suitable jewellery designs and products.
• Explain product details, pricing, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries and assist them throughout the purchase process.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers when required.
• Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate with the billing and other store teams for smooth operations.
• Stay updated on jewellery designs, products, and current offers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, retail, or relevant sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, presentable, and sales-oriented personality.
• Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
• Experience in achieving sales targets will be preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
