Sales Executive – Lead Generation / Qualification

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad | WFO

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000/month

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads and convert prospects into customers for home plans and house construction services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, qualify, and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home plans/services.
  • Explain pricing, features, and customization options.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and service teams for smooth execution.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain lead/customer records and prepare Excel-based reports.
  • RequirementsAny Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Customer Support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate, architecture, home planning, or construction is a plus.
