Job Summary:

The Sales Officer (SBO) will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and acquiring customers for Retail Loan products. The role involves extensive fieldwork, customer acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:-

RETAIL LOAN (PL, BL, LAP)*

*Generate leads and acquire customers through field sales activities.

*Conduct market visits, area mapping, and develop referral networks.

*Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.

*Support customers throughout the loan lifecycle and coordinate with internal teams for disbursement.

*Achieve sales targets across all loan products and contribute to revenue growth.

*Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups, including collections support.

Eligibility Criteria:-

*Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFC

*Graduation preferred (not mandatory depending on experience).

*Strong understanding of local market and customer acquisition.
