Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our products, generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
• Promote products and services to potential customers.
• Manage sales and marketing activities across online platforms.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Negotiate prices, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and online platforms.
• Ability to negotiate, convince customers, and achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
