Job Description
Srinivasa Furnitures is hiring a Marketing Field Manager to lead field marketing activities, manage a team of at least 10 members, and drive furniture sales through customer acquisition and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and manage a field marketing team of at least 10 members.
- Plan field visits, promotional activities, and lead generation campaigns.
- Assign sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Train team members in product presentation, customer communication, and sales follow-ups.
- Build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain reports on leads, field activities, and sales results.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing and field sales.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan field activities and achieve team sales targets.
Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month
