Job Description

📢 Job Opportunity: Course Coordinator – Tolichowki Office

Position: Course Coordinator

Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad

Job Type: Long-Term (Minimum 2-Year Commitment)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (8-hour shift)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday


🔧 Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student registrations and course scheduling.
  • Handle student queries and provide course-related information.
  • Maintain proper records using basic computer systems.
  • Support day-to-day office operations related to training and course delivery.
  • Communicate clearly with students and staff in English.


🎓 Training & Onboarding:

  • 3–4 Days of Onsite Training will be provided to help you understand our systems and processes.


💼 Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary: Offered based on experience and performance.
  • Incentives: Additional earnings based on student registration targets.


✅ Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Good communication skills (English speaking and writing).
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: MS Office, email handling, data entry.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in student coordination or office administration is an added advantage.
