Job Description

We are hiring a US CPA / Senior Accountant with deep QuickBooks expertise for our office in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Working during US business hours, you will manage core US accounting functions, ensure US GAAP compliance, and optimize our QuickBooks ecosystem.

* US Accounting: Prepare monthly financial statements, manage general ledgers, and ensure US GAAP compliance.

* QuickBooks Management: Overssee day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, custom reporting, and app integrations.

* US Tax & Audit: Assist with US federal/state tax readiness, 1099s, and external audit compliance.

* Stakeholder Reporting: Collaborate directly with US leadership during shift hours to provide cash flow insights.

* Shift: Permanent availability to work the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST shift.
