Job Description
Business Development Executive – Builder Partnerships & Project Onboarding
Company: NE Yard
Location: Hyderabad (West & North Micro-Markets)
NE Yard is a curated real estate portal focused on premium projects in West & North Hyderabad. We're hiring a Business Development Executive to lead builder partnerships and project onboarding.
Responsibilities:
• Visit and evaluate premium residential projects across Gachibowli, Kokapet, Narsingi, Financial District, Kompally, Medchal and nearby West/North Hyderabad micro-markets
• Verify RERA registration details for each project
• Build direct relationships with A++ grade builders and negotiate project onboarding/tie-ups
• Coordinate with builders to list verified projects on NE Yard and generate qualified buyer leads
• Track and report onboarding progress against monthly targets
Requirements:
• Prior experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or broker/field-sales roles in Hyderabad
• Familiarity with RERA documentation and builder-side processes
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle for site visits (Petrol Allowance provided)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
Compensation:
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month (ramp-up) rising to ₹30,000/month
• Project Onboarding Commission: ₹500 per verified builder project onboarded
• Cadence Bonus: ₹3,000/month
• Allowances: Petrol allowance provided for field visits
