• 2. Design & PlanningPrepare space planning and furniture layouts.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Create mood boards, color schemes, and material selections.
• Design kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, lighting, and complete interiors.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically appealing.
• 3. Material SelectionSelect laminates, veneers, fabrics, tiles, countertops, lighting, wallpapers, and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors for material samples and quotations.
• Recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
• 4. Estimation & BudgetingAssist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Work within the client's approved budget.
• Suggest value engineering options to reduce unnecessary costs.
• 5. Project CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors.
• Provide detailed drawings for execution.
• Clarify design-related issues during execution.
• 6. Site SupervisionVisit project sites regularly.
• Ensure execution matches approved designs.
• Monitor quality, workmanship, and finishing.
• Resolve site issues promptly.
• 7. Client ApprovalsObtain approvals before starting each stage.
• Update clients on project progress.
• Handle design revisions professionally.
• 8. DocumentationMaintain design files, drawings, BOQs, material schedules, and revisions.
• Keep project records organized.
