Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle fresh leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and other advertising channels.
- Call and follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages clearly.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain professional WhatsApp communication with clients by sharing brochures, project details, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and High-Net-Worth Individuals.
- Update CRM properly after every interaction and maintain customer records.
- Ensure high-quality walk-ins and customer experience.
- Daily KPIsMinimum 150 calls per day.
- Maintain lead Turn Around Time (TAT) below 5 minutes.
- Generate 25+ in-person site visits every month.
- Maintain strong follow-up and lead engagement quality.
- RequirementsMinimum =>2 years of experience in Luxury Residential Real Estate Pre-Sales.
- Experience in telecalling for luxury or ultra-luxury residential projects is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Hindi communication should be moderate.
- Confident, professional, and smart in handling premium clients.
- Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hyderabad luxury real estate market is preferred.
