Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Senior Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate customer orders, monitor sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, production, stores, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

•

Coordinate with the Sales Team, Customers, Production and Dispatch departments.

•

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.

•

Monitor order status from order confirmation to final dispatch.

•

Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and requirements.

•

Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

•

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.

•

Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.

•

Track stock availability and coordinate with the Stores department.

•

Prepare and maintain order-wise and customer-wise reports.

•

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

•

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

•

Maintain proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, dispatch details, and customer communications.

•

Monitor pending orders, delayed deliveries, and payment follow-ups.

•

Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports and presentations.

•

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support new business development.

• Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams.
