Job Description
A telesales executivesells products or services directly to customers over the phone
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make outbound cold or warm calls to potential clients to spark interest.
- Sales Pitch: Explain product features, benefits, and special offers clearly using a script or customized approach.
- Objection Handling: Answer questions, address doubts, and persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales goals.
- Data Management: Update customer details, feedback, and call logs in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Required Skills
- Communication: Clear speaking voice, active listening, and strong local or English language skills.
- Persuasion: Ability to build quick rapport and convince hesitant buyers.
