About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist with 1–4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, strengthening online visibility, and generating qualified business leads through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new SEO opportunities.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including website audits, meta tags, internal linking, indexing, and website optimization.
• Execute link-building activities, including guest posting, backlink outreach, and directory submissions.
• Plan and manage SEO-focused content strategies, blogs, articles, and website content optimization.
• Manage social media marketing activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Support organic lead generation, landing page optimization, and conversion improvement initiatives.
• Monitor website performance and prepare reports using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, GEO, and AI-powered search developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, backlink building, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and website management.
• Understanding of content marketing, social media marketing, and digital lead generation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B marketing, recruitment, or professional services.
• Knowledge of GEO, AEO, and AI search optimization.
• Familiarity with email marketing, Canva, and Google Tag Manager.
