Job Description – Store Manager

Fresco Organic Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store on time and maintain cleanliness.
  • Handle customers professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enter orders, generate bills, and maintain accurate records.
  • Count, tag, and verify garments to avoid mix-ups.
  • Coordinate dry-cleaning operations and check garment quality.
  • Assign deliveries to delivery executives and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor daily cash flow, payments, and sales.
  • Manage staff, store inventory, and daily operations.
  • Track pending orders, resolve customer complaints, and submit daily reports.

Requirements: Good communication, basic computer skills, honesty, punctuality, and responsibility.

Goal: Ensure smooth store operations, accurate accounting, quality service, and timely deliveries.
